You can be nervous. You can be awkward. You can have absolutely no idea what you're doing. That's okay.
You do not have to feel confident before you arrive
Most women who book a boudoir session have never done anything like this before.
You do not need to be a model, know how to pose or arrive feeling completely confident. Jess will guide you through every pose, movement and expression so you always know what to do.
There is no body you need to work towards before booking. Come with your nerves, your questions and the clothes you feel comfortable in. If a pose does not feel right, you can move on.
Your session is more than just a few hours in front of the camera. It's a whole experience, from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you see your finished images.
I have two experiences to choose from, depending on how much of the experience you want to make yours.

Hey, I’m Jess!
I’ve been photographing boudoir for 6 years, and I’ve realised it’s about so much more than creating beautiful photos.
It’s about watching someone walk through my door feeling nervous or unsure, then slowly relax, laugh, let go and start seeing themselves differently.
I’ve built my studio around making you feel completely at ease. I’ll guide you through every pose and movement, so you never have to worry about what to do.
And I won’t ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do myself.
I take self-portraits too, constantly learning what feels natural, what photographs beautifully and how to make posing feel comfortable in a real body.
I’m not here to change you. I want you to look like you, just through a kinder lens.
